For convenient 24-hour access to your accounts, use our easy to use
telephone banking. All you need is a touch tone telephone. It is simple
to use and completely confidential.

To access EZ Bankline, dial (641) 394-6300 OR toll free at (877) 663-7684.

Instructions for use:

• Call (641) 394-6300 to access the main menu.
• Press 1 for account information or funds transfer
• Press 2 for instructions on using this system or refer to the following instructions.
• To access information you will need your account number and your four digit Personal Identification Number. The last four digits of your social security or tax I.D. number has been assigned as your initial P.I.N. The first time you access your accounts you are required to change your social security or tax I.D. to any four-digit number. *If your account is joint, you should use the person’s social security number whose name is listed first on the account.
• Press 1 for Checking account information. This provides your current balance, previous account transactions, deposit information, specific transaction inquiry, insufficient items, and interest information.
• Press 2 for Savings account information. This provides your current balance, previous account transactions, deposit information, inquiry by amount, and interest information.
• Press 3 for Loan account information. This provides current balance, payment amount, pay-off information, last payment date, next payment date, and interest information.
• Press 4 for Certificate of Deposit and IRA information. This provides your current balance, last interest paid, next interest payment date, maturity date, accrued interest, and interest information.
• Press 5 for funds transfer. You can transfer between checking and savings accounts. Pre-authorization required. Check with our Customer Service Representative.
• Pressing 8 will return you to the previous menu.
• Pressing 9 will repeat the menu you are in.
• Pressing 0 will transfer you to an operator during regular banking hours.
• To end a session, hang-up at any time.
